Double-headed lock knife holder features:
1. Achieve bidirectional installation, solving the loading and unloading problem
Solved the problem of "head down" during the loading and unloading of pull nails, allowing the operator to easily disassemble the pull nail nut by changing the operation position, making it simpler and more convenient to use.
2. Overall design is novel, protecting the knife handle taper surface
The base adopts a U-shaped hollow structure design, which is less likely to damage the knife handle taper surface compared to the traditional conical design of the lock knife holder.
3. Unique positioning movable block, accurate positioning without slipping
The bidirectional locking ring tightly embraces the knife handle, and the double-sided positioning movable block fixes the position, ensuring that the installation and disassembly process is not prone to slipping and is accurately positioned.
4. Use of new materials, implementing comprehensive protection
Made of aluminum alloy material, lightweight, will not damage the knife handle; internal nylon washers are added to alleviate the friction between the knife handle and the base, preventing wear on the contact surface of the knife handle.
Usage method:
Loading and unloading pull nails: 1. Place the pull nail end of the knife handle facing up into the pull nail loading and unloading fixed slot;
2. Rotate the bidirectional positioning movable block to lock the knife handle position tightly;
3. Use a dedicated pull nail wrench for the loading and unloading operation of the pull nails;
4. After loading and unloading is complete, remove the knife handle.
Loading and unloading nuts: 1. Place the balance nut end of the knife handle facing up, accurately into the nut loading and unloading fixed slot;
2. Use a dedicated nut wrench for the loading and unloading operation of the nuts;
3. After loading and unloading is complete, remove the knife handle.
